Lead the technical sales engagements for the respective regions, Defining the GoToMarket strategies for the accountable territories & region, Highly consultative sales person focused on establishing client needs and building a value-based solution designed to meet or exceed that need.
Manage contract negotiation and work with key support personnel as required. Work closely with the Presales & SA team for; Recommending better solutions to the customers & for proof of concepts delivery, Workload assessment, solution, deployment and troubleshooting.
Conducting Technical Workshops with prospects to create awareness to enable smooth cloud adoption.
Capability to understand the customer workloads, architect solutions for AWS Services & create roadmap with detailed commercials.
Capability to suggest migration path of customer workloads & coordinate with deliveries for seamless migration Required deep knowledge of AWS services stack & USPs for driving adoption, negotiation & upselling.
Ensure successful cloud adoption and migrations into AWS & Remove consumption roadblocks Drive the technical decision at the customer to buy, architect, develop or adopt their solution based on AWS technology Orchestrate cross-workload solutions with other technical resources (internally and from Partner)
KEY CRITERIA, EXPERTISE, REQUIREMENTS:
Must have overall 5- 10 yrs experience in Sales and minimum last 5 years experience in Cloud Sales.
Proficiency in AWS Iaas and PaaS technologies
Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas:
Software design or development, Application Design, Systems Operations / Management, Database architecture, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security, Linux Ability to ramp up on new technologies quickly and effectively
Knowledge of methods of integration between on-premises and cloud solutions to meet customer requirements Bachelors degree required preferably in IT, CS, ECE Certifications in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud preferred Previous Datacenter Sales /Cloud Sales desirable
