Paramount started with 200 members and 2 business partners. After 7 years, we now have a roster of 4,500 members deployed to 37 business partners with functions ranging from butchers, hotel housekeepers to store managers and management trainees. To support the needs of the members and the business partners, we have 70 office-based personnel handling administration, accounting and human resources.
