Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategies effective for achieving sales and marketing objectives
  • Establish sales objectives, sales target by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for team and territories; projecting expected sales volume
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities/ performance of sales teams to proffer advice and recommendations for better output
  • Determine annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  • Develop and implement action plans necessary to enhance the public perfection and image of a company/ brand
  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, rewards and individual recognition
  • Prepare and submit sales and marketing budgets to management to review and approval for the marketing activities
  • Oversee the design and publication of advert materials and ensure the right content message is passed across the target market
  • Collaborate with competitors departmental heads to implement strategies effective for achieving sets sales and marketing goals
  • Conduct price negotiations with clients on behalf company to maximize profitable bargain
  • Compile, analyze and interpret to sales figures to produce results useful in taking appropriate business decisions
  • Conduct market research to identify price of competing products, demands of products and other trends useful in taking key decisions
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop the skill to ensure a high professional standard achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Oversee interviewing, hiring and training of sales and marketing recruits
  • Set and enforce policies and procedures necessary for conducting sales and marketing operations
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Develop and implements new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs accordingly
  • Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activities and will document customer interactions
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Job Requirements :

  • At least Bachelor Degree Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economic or other related business disciplines
  • Experiences at least 4-5 years in Sales and Marketing, specializing in Tourism Industry/ Services (direct, e-commerce, corporate and hard sales)
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing (meeting or exceeding targets)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all level in the organization
  • Excellent in mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Good leadership skills, excellent business acumen with strong marketing management skills, forecasting, research skills, excellent in planning and organization skills
  • Must be able to handle marketing campaigns, event management, and sales administration
  • Must be methodical, logical and organized, minimum supervision
  • Enjoy challenges and be able to work under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated success in prior roles
